Franchise?

Is there a difference between a business and a franchise?  Absolutely, they are similar but there are a few distinct differences.  Franchises operate under a common brand and operating  system, while a business allows you operate in the most efficient way of your choosing.  Legal Restrictions, franchise agreements or uniform franchise offering circular (UFOC) is very specific regarding restrictions while your business may operate without such guidelines.  Fees, franchises normally have an ongoing commitment while your business usually does not.  Support, franchises like fees have ongoing commitment, while your business may not.  Depending upon what your looking to achieve, there is no right or wrong answer regarding either option, but both require working capital.  I can provide funding for your franchise or business and there is no obligation or cost to get pre-approved, please contact: Michael@MerchantBankingResources.com   #franchisecapital     #commercial #businessloans      #nationwide #funding  #money #quick https://mikeyourlender.blogspot.com/

I understand running a company successfully is very difficult, even more changeling when financing is required to grow or expand operation...
