Time Management

Time Allocation is defined as systematic prioritization of task.  Poor time management can cost you and your business a tremendous amount of money.  A written plan serves as a guide for working smarter, not harder.  A simple allocation of time management example:

1) 40% marketing - Updating current clients, attracting new clients - 16 hours
2) 45% Work - Focused on task that earn income.- 18 hours
3) 10% Accounting - Managing expenses. - 4 hours
4) 5% Learning - Know what your competitors are doing, know your market. - 2 hours

Once time is spent, you can never get it back, Money you have choices, increase sales or simply contact me regarding Working Capital. The time you waste with your typical bank could be better spent with a lender who understands your business.  simply contact: Michael@MerchantBankingResources.com   #commercial #businessloans  #nationwide #funding  https://mikeyourlender.blogspot.com/
