Assertive or Aggressive ?

Assertive or Aggressive, both may be considered similar but in reality they are two very different traits.  To be successful, it is helpful to be the one and not the other.

1) Assertiveness means you get to the point, you express yourself without fear.

Aggression appears as if you attack people with no regard for their feelings.

2) Assertiveness is never meant to hurt anyone.

Aggression is usually meant to hurt someone to fulfill something for the aggressor.

3) Assertiveness means valuing yourself as equal and showing respect to others.

Aggressor will use fear as a tactic to gain something.
In Management as in sales, the key is to gauge the correct level of assertiveness to move forward without slipping into an aggressive stance.  When your ready to discuss funding for your business, please contact:

I understand running a company successfully is very difficult, even more changeling when financing is required to grow or expand operation...
